OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Standard home delivery £3.00 per order.

UK Next day delivery by 1 pm £6.99 per order. (Mon - Sat ONLY excludes Sunday and all orders must be placed by 2 pm). 

All UK orders take approximately 2-5 WORKING DAYS (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

We deliver using ROYAL MAIL. 

Deliveries are made MON-SAT GMT 8AM TO 7PM.

For next working day delivery ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BY 2PM GMT AT THE LATEST AND WE DELIVER THE NEXT WORKING DAY, ANYTIME UP UNTIL 1PM. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CONTACT US IF NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS REQUIRED.

Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY following the Bank Holiday, to be received by the customer the following day. There are some postcode exceptions to where we cannot offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY.​

We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.

We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

European home delivery £7.00 per order.

Rest of the World home delivery £9.99 per order.

All European orders take approximately 5-14 WORKING DAYS (excludes weekends & bank holidays) . 

All Rest of the world orders take approximately 7-14 WORKING DAYS (excludes weekends & bank holidays) .

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched to you.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of delays on our international customers. To minimise delays we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.

​​RETURNS POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. All returns need to be received within 31 days of the purchase date.

RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED, SOILED OR ALTERED  MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

If you have returned something that is damaged, faulty or soiled please contact us prior to sending any return.

THE CONTACT OPTION IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We DO NOT cover your shipping costs back to us.

We are happy to accept any garment for return, that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels and that is received by us within 14 days of purchase date.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RETURNS SHEET ENCLOSED WITH YOUR PARCEL AND MAIL YOUR RETURN BACK TO US WITHIN THE 14 DAYS.

IF YOU HAVE MISLAID THE RETURNS SHEET PLEASE DOWNLOAD IT HERE OR CONTACT US ON THE CONTACT OPTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INDICATE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE PLEASE REMEMBER TO IDENTIFY WHAT ITEM AND THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IN EXCHANGE. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRITTEN DOWN ALONG WITH YOUR NAME.
